The wait time is horrendous. Just because we are not as important on grand scale of things, does not mean we have to waste our time waiting, and waiting and waiting.
I have used them for a few years now. The doctor I see is fantastic, but they seem clueless and careless over the the glasses store. I always seem to have a problem here in New Britain and always get a slew of excuses and no backing of their product. The latest was that I purchased a pair of glasses and they put the wrong lenses in them. The new lenses cause everything to bend when I look at it. “Maybe you will get used to it’” they said. When I asked if I’m stuck with glasses I can’t use they said yes. That is horrible customer service and only proves to me that they could care less about their customers. I recommend them for exams, but I will never come back and buy glasses from them again. It was a $300 lesson well learned.
The doctors are great but there isn't much respect for the patient's time as appointment times don't mean much. Have waited well over an hour to be seen at times but at least at 30-40 minute wait at minimum.
Waiting time is a bit if an issue.
